Santa Biblia del Nuevo Testamento Juan 3,17 (Devocional) Holy Bible New Testament John 3,17

New Testament Holy Bible John 3,17 - Devotional
Because God sent his Son into the world not to condemn the world, but to save him for himself. JOHN 3:17
Thought, comment, reflection: because God did not send his Son into the world to condemn him. It is a confirmation of the previous statement; because it was not in vain that God sent us his own Son. He did not come to destroy; and therefore it follows that it is
the peculiar office of the Son of God that all who believe can
obtain salvation for him. Now there is no reason why
man must be in a state of doubt or anguish
distressing about how he can escape death,
when we believe that it was God's purpose that Christ
release it. The word world is repeated again, so that
no man can be considered totally excluded, only if

The word judge is put here to condemn, as in many
Other passages. When he declares that he did not come to condemn the
world, marks the actual design of his coming; why that
it was necessary for Christ to come and destroy us, that we were
totally ruined?
Therefore, we should not look at any
something else in Christ besides God, by his infinite goodness, that
chose to extend his help to save us from who we were
lost and every time our sins press us, whenever Satan drives us to despair, we must extend this shield, so that God is not willing to be crushed by eternal destruction,
because he appointed his Son to be the salvation of the world.
When Christ says, in other passages, that John is judged
9.39 when offensive stone is called 1 Peter 2.7 when it is said
who is destined to destroy many (Luke 2:34 :) who
can be considered accidental or the result of a cause
different because those who reject the grace offered in it
they deserve to find him judge and avenger of such unworthy and vile contempt.
An impressive example of this can be seen in the Gospel; why
