Entonces, si alguien está en Cristo, una nueva criatura es: las cosas viejas han pasado; he aquí, todo se ha vuelto nuevo. 2 Corintios 5.17

Pensamiento, comentario, reflexión: si alguien está en Cristo, es una nueva criatura. Es inútil que un hombre profese una afinidad con Cristo según la carne, mientras permanece inalterado en su corazón y vida, y muerto en delitos y pecados; porque el que está en Cristo, es decir, un cristiano genuino, que tiene a Cristo morando en su corazón por la fe, es una nueva criatura; su antiguo estado cambió: él era el hijo de Satanás, ahora es el hijo de Dios; era esclavo del pecado y sus obras eran la muerte; ahora está libre del pecado y tiene sus frutos en santidad y al final de la vida eterna. Estaba bastante lleno de orgullo y enojo; ahora es manso y humilde. Anteriormente, tuvo su parte en esta vida y vivió solo para este mundo; ahora tiene a Dios por su porción, y no mira las cosas que se ven, sino las cosas que son eternas. Por lo tanto, se pasan cosas viejas.

Thought, comment, reflection: if someone is in Christ, he is a new creature. It is useless for a man to profess an affinity with Christ according to the flesh, while remaining unchanged in his heart and life, and dead in trespasses and sins; for he who is in Christ, that is, a genuine Christian, who has Christ abiding in his heart by faith, is a new creature; his old state changed: he was the son of Satan, now he is the son of God; he was a slave to sin and his works were death; now he is free from sin and has its fruits in holiness and at the end of eternal life. He was quite full of pride and anger; now he is meek and humble. Previously, you had your part in this life and lived only for this world; now he has God for his portion, and he does not look at the things that are seen, but at the things that are eternal. Therefore, old things are passed.

Behold, all things have become new: man not only repairs himself, but he is new; he is a new creature, a new creation, a small world in himself; in the past, everything was in chaotic disorder; now there is a new creation, which God Himself has as a work, and which He can see and pronounce very well.
