Así que mantente firme en la libertad con la que Cristo nos ha liberado y no te pongas de nuevo bajo el yugo de la servidumbre. Gálatas 5.1

Pensamiento, comentario, reflexión: Pablo resumió sus enseñanzas de los últimos tres capítulos anteriores a este (Gálatas 5, 5, 5) y luego distinguió entre las obras de la carne y las obras del Espíritu, apelando a los gálatas a vivir por el Espíritu, Gálatas 5 6,26

Por la libertad, Cristo nos ha liberado: mantente firme, por lo tanto, y no te dejes atrapar en un yugo de esclavitud nuevamente. Gálatas 5.1

La segunda cláusula aquí facilita la identificación de la libertad en la primera cláusula. "No hay duda de que se refiere a la libertad de la esclavitud bajo la Ley de Moisés". So stand firm in the freedom with which Christ has set us free, and do not put yourself under the yoke of servitude again. Galatians 5.1

Thought, comment, reflection: Paul summarized his teachings from the last three chapters preceding this one (Galatians 5, 5, 5) and then distinguished between the works of the flesh and the works of the Spirit, appealing to the Galatians to live by the Spirit. Galatians 5 6.26

For freedom, Christ has set us free: stand firm, therefore, and don't let yourself be caught in a yoke of slavery again. Galatians 5.1

The second clause here facilitates the identification of freedom in the first clause. "There is no doubt that it refers to freedom from slavery under the Law of Moses." As a summary statement, this also shows the meaning of "freedom from the law," as taught in previous chapters. It is absolutely true that he never had any reference to Christian obligations, either in the domain of obedience to the primary ordinances of God, or in the fulfillment of the ethical commandments of our holy faith.

So Paul warned the Galatians to stand firm, resist the Judaizers, and reject the persuasions of those who would involve them in things like the Sabbath days, feast days, circumcision, and all other Jewish regulations.
